An Equipping Ministry

The heart of our ministry is:

Men intentionally following Jesus. Together.

We accomplish this by groups of 3 to 6 men from the same church or community meeting together weekly to: 

• Celebrate God's blessings and pray for each other.
• Study Scripture to know God (not just about God) and be taught by the Holy Spirit.
• Provide encouragement and accountability to each other so we truly become more like Jesus.

PCM Discipleship Allies train leaders to facilitate these meetings and provide the resources necessary for good success.

Powerful Christian Men cease to grow when they fail to pour what they've learned and experienced into the life of others. We've embraced Man in the Mirror's 10k Spiritual Fathers Project and provide training, resources, and accountability to men who recognize the importance of investing in other men who are not as far along in life as they are.

Ben Watt, Executive Director of PCM, is an experienced preacher ready to speak to your men's group, special event, conference, or church.  He also serves churches through consulting and coaching  leaders to improve their strategy and execution of men's  discipleship.

Pastors and leaders of Christian organizations often find themselves lonely and in need of a trusted ally. When the enemy takes down a shepherd, the sheep are vulnerable. Powerful Christian Shepherds is the part of our ministry where a Christian leader can be more than transparent - he can also be vulnerable, confidential, and edified.

We accomplish this through one-to-one support of ministry leaders and mastermind groups (cohorts of leaders). The value of masterminds is well-documented. They provide accountability and motivation, encouraging members to set goals and follow through on their commitments. Generous donors provide scholarships to assist with the cost of PCS Cohort participation for those who need it.
